Recunoastem sau nu, exista un moment in care renunti la citit. Nu ma refer la cititul ala de o carte pe luna, ci la cititul dement, de multe ore pe zi si pe noapte, cititul zilnic, sustinut, pasionat. De fapt, e vorba cand treci de la pasiune la relaxare, de momentul in care cititul devine un mod de petrecere a timpului liber, (aproape) ca oricare altul (in cel mai fericit caz) sau doar de umplere a momentelor moarte (tren, avion, metrou, cand pica netul).
Pentru multi, asta se intampla la terminarea liceului. Nu o data auzi "ce mai stateam noptile in liceu sa citesc". Pai da, ca atunci aveam timp. La altii, se termina odata cu facultatea, mai ales cand vorbim de facultati umaniste (daca isi imagineaza cineva ca absolventii de litere raman de-a pururi cititori pasionat se inseala. Nu sunt ei nici in timpul facultatii).
Cauzele continua. Intervine job-ul si berea de dupa, lenea si ruperea de carti. Intervine si socializarea dusa prea departe. Cititul e prea solitar, prea greu, tu vrei sa razi cu oamenii, sa te relaxezi, sa interactionezi. Familie,copii, una-alta, masina, casa, rate si gata, s-a terminat. Cine are timp de prostii?
Deci? Tu cand ai renuntat la citit?
